What is Seichem
All the information about Reiki is appropriate to Tera MaiTM Reiki and Seichem as the Reiki history is part of the history of all Reiki systems.
Seichem (pronounced Say- Keem) is an Egyptian word referring to a person's God-energy or spark of the creator that we each carry deep within us.
Seichem is not a new system of healing, it is based on and originated from the same source as Reiki.
Seichem is the lesser known Egyptian hands on healing technique, working in harmony with Reiki as it's base and bringing in the other elements of fire, water and air.
The knowledge of how the extra elemental healing rays of fire, water and air could be channelled by the healer was given to Kathleen Milner as she was working at a higher vibrational level and it was time for her and her students to be allowed to use new energies and symbols to enhance their work. She has now initiated many healers into the Tera MaiTM Reiki and Seichem system and it has spread around the world.
This has allowed the four elemental healing rays introduced by the new symbols to flow together, greatly enhancing the healer’s potential, as each ray works slightly differently on different energy blockages in the body and aura. When giving or receiving Reiki and Seichem healing some sensitive people can feel the different energies, as they flow through them in turn. Seichem means "make complete" this energy completes the healing rays, enhancing psychic awareness and connection to the angelic realms.

The Four Energy Rays
REIKI - Connected to the earth element, this can be experienced as hot or cold, characteristics of earth energy are those of grounding and foundation, Reiki is fundamental to all other elemental healing rays. Reiki harmonises and re-balances the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.Other characteristics of Earth energy are those of grounding and foundation. Reiki forms the base through which the other elemental rays may operate.
SAKARA - Fire element, this can be experienced as tingling, electrical impulses. Sakara works in the aura, burns through and transforms blockages in the physical, mental, emotional and other spiritual bodies.
SOPHI-EL - Water element, This can be experienced as a gentle, pulsing coolness. Sophi-El reaches deep into the core within the emotional bodies, it opens the heart to receive love and feel compassion,aiding emotional and sexual healing. Sophi-el may help with deep rage and bottled up anger, addictions etc., and in combination with the other rays, it can bring in energies of joy and love. Sophi-el also enhances the healer’s psychic awareness and intuitive abilities, thereby helping them to “know” where to place their hands, or what advice or message to give a client if that’s appropriate to improve the effectiveness of the treatment.
ANGELIC LIGHT - is a two-fold ray, working with both the element Air and the Angelic realm. This can be experienced as cool wafting breezes and can facilitate mental and spiritual healing. Air expresses the qualities of communication, enhancing the healers perception and facilitating an improved spiritual link between the client, healer and Ascended Master.
