After dislocating my shoulder 2 years ago, I was left with continual pain and discomfort down my arm and hand. I was given a course of physiotherapy, which did not help.

I had my first session with Richard, I felt very at ease and he was professional at all times. He explained Reiki to me what he was doing and why.
After the session I was so relaxed, it felt amazing. The top of my shoulder stopped throbbing even though I still had pain down my arm and hand.
I have had several sessions now and my pain and discomfort is much less. It may take a little time for me to be completely free of pain but I am in the knowledge that the Reiki sessions I have with Richard really does work and I would recommend Richard to any one.
I have also tried Reflexology sessions with Richard , I am not sure if this is helping with my shoulder but I was left feeling very relaxed and not wanting it to end. This is an excellent way to relieve any stress or tension you may have and I can guarantee you will book another session.
