I started healing in the late 1980's with a spiritualist church, wanting to learn more I then went to train with a healing centre in Somerset where I lived at that time. I then set up a small practice going out to people’s homes if they were not able to come to me, and saw some lovely results.
Due to family commitments I had to put things on hold for many years, when I did consider starting up again, I found that the spiritualist way of doing things didn't fit my way of thinking anymore, so I started my search for a therapy that did.
Having looked at many therapies, all of which had a place, and all worked for the people giving them and those receiving them, they didn't fit with me. I came across Reiki during this time, but had difficulty in the associating myself with the way that the practitioner receives the attunements.
I probably looked at Reiki 3 or 4 times, I even had a friend who had just been initiated, and I saw Reiki being advertised widely but still I didn't understand it or see myself doing it.
Then one day I met someone who had the same outlook on life as myself who had done Reiki many years ago but didn't practice it, we were able to talk about it together in a very open way and I found myself being drawn to finding someone to do the attunements with. There are many Reiki Masters who follow a slightly different form of Reiki. Reiki has been modified from its original teachings by Masters who have been given different insights and so a new teaching emerges.
On my search I came across Wendy Dunning who follows a teaching that combines Reiki and Seichem, Reiki being the earth element, and Seichem which are the air, water and fire elements, and this seemed to make more sense to me and I was comfortable with it. So having had several conversations with Wendy I then began my attunements with her and I find myself doing what I originally wanted to do, to heal people of the physical, mental and emotional problems in the most comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that I have ever experienced. It is just wonderful.
My training will continue until I have attained the Master level and I will then be able to teach others to do the same.
Other Treatments I can offer
I cant also offer Reflexology for £25 for a one hour session at my home, or at can come to you at an extra cost of 30p per mile round trip from my home, the 1st session will cost an £10 extra and will last up to 1/2 hour longer so we can go through your previous medical history.
